About Cherry Point Winery
Cherry Point Estate Winery is located in Cobble Hill, BC on the east side of the highway only about half a kilometer off shore from Cherry Point Beach. As you approach the tasting room, you can feel the slightly cooler temperature due the proximity of the ocean. You'll usually find one of the owners, Xavier or Maria Bonilla, in the tasting room where you'll be invited up to the bar to sample a selection of their wines and learn about their traditional approach to winemaking.

What Makes Cherry Point Winery Unique
Cherry Point is an estate vineyard, meaning the wines they produce are exclusively from the property. Their traditional European approach to winemaking is to showcase how the wines unique and complex flavours are a direct representation of the earth and soil they have grown from. The reason they don't supplement their production with grapes from elsewhere is because it would muddle the unique flavours their land produces, which is their mission to showcase.

They're also well known for their award winning blackberry wine which they may offer at the end of your tasting, if they have it in stock.
