Cowichan Valley Wine Tours

Nestled on Vancouver Island, the Cowichan Valley is rapidly becoming a must-visit wine region, celebrated for its unique terroir and diverse varietals. In Hul'q'umi'num', Quw’utsun or Cowichan, translates to the warm land. With the warmest average temperature on Vancouver Island, the Mediterranean-like climate provides ideal conditions for cool-climate varietals such as Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, and Chardonnay. While many still think of BC wines only from inland the province, boutique wineries in the Cowichan Valley have been quietly gaining worldwide recognition, securing both national and worldwide metals year after year.

We had an incredible time on this winery tour and I would absolutely recommend Twofiveo Tour Co to anyone wishing to visit some wineries on Vancouver Island! Erika was so wonderful and lovely to deal with when booking the tour, and even organized a delicious sandwich platter for our group of 11 including veggie and coeliac options for our lunch midway through the tour. The selection of wineries we visited were all so unique and the wines were incredible in every single one! Api was such a great (and very patient) guide who went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible and we really enjoyed his company. I would also have to give him 5 stars for putting up with our attempts at karaoke on the bus! Our entire group unanimously agreed that if we ever come back to the Cowichan Valley to do a wine tour we will try to book with Erika and Api again.

The Cowichan Valley is an up and coming wine scene with charming boutique wineries and breathtaking vineyard views. Whether you're a seasoned wine enthusiast or a casual taster, exploring the Cowichan Valley promises a delightful journey through exquisite wines and scenic beauty. Book your tour today!
